Our Deposit and Refund Policy:
We require 30% of cruise fare as deposit when you place a booking, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Passengers who cancel the booking for any reason, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
Up to 29 days(inclusive): 20%
From 28-15 days(inclusive): 50%
From 14-8 days(inclusive): 80%
From 7 days-Departure Date & No show: 100%
Passengers can make a single change to your booking, but following conditions will apply:
● Date change or transfer of booking to another person(usually same nationality) are allowed provided that you contact customer service by email at least 30 days before cruise departure date to arrange such changes.
● Customer service will confirm your request for date change but subject to availability within 48 business hours. If your preferred date is unavailable, you will be provided with next available date. If there is a price difference due to seasonality, travelers will need to pay the difference. Please note there is no refund if you cannot travel on alternative dates or cannot find a person to take over your booking.
● The total number of travelers and the cruise cabin type of the new booking must be the same as the original. For eligible date change or transfer of booking, a new voucher must be obtained and the original voucher will be void.

In addition, Yangtze.com assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for cruises, hotels or airlines.
Neither Yangtze.com nor CITS Yichang shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, cost or delay arising from or in connection with the services and facilities provided by or any act of a supplier such as cruise line, airline, rail, hotel, tour, or any other transport operator, etc., whether or not such arrangements were made by Yangtze.com or CITS Yichang.
We reserve the right to correct clerical errors on the invoice, including but not limited to taxes, government fees, air and cruise charges, and miscellaneous costs any time up to commencement of travel. We strongly recommend travel protection insurance to cover the cost of travel delay and trip interruption.
Yangtze.com shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Travelers who use this Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release Yangtze.com from any duty of checking or verifying any passports, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. The traveler agrees that Yangtze.com is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. By embarking on travel arrangements through, or utilizing information contained on, the Web Site, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.
The laws of PR. China, shall govern this Agreement and its performance. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Yichang Hubei PR. China, in all questions and controversies arising out of or related to your use of the Web Site and this Agreement.
