Travel TIPS
- Usually, the cruie ship disembarkation time is usually about 9:00 am on the morning of Day 5. If you are leaving Chongqing on the same day, we suggest you book a flight leaving Chongqing after 12:00 pm or a train leaving after 11:00 pm.
- IMPORTANT: According to the water level conditions, especially in flood season in summer, the disembarkation port might be changed to Fengdu Port, and a coach transfer would be arranged from Fengdu to Chongqing city center (usually drop off at Chongqing Grand Theatre) by the cruise line. If this situation happens, the arrival time might be around 10:00 am. So a suggested flight departure is after 1:00 pm, or a train departure after 12:00 pm.

By Metro
Xiaoshizi Station is the nearest metro station to Chaotianmen Docks, as the Chaotianmen Station (scheduled to operate by the end of 2020) is still under construction. From Chaotianmen Docks to Xiaoshizi Station, you may take a taxi, taking about 15-20 minutes (1km – 3km as per different piers). Walking to docks (different route) is possible but there are many stairs enroute, so not recommended for passengers with baggage.

If you are leaving Chongqing from Chongqing West Railway Station, the metro transportation is not available temporarily because the Chongqing West Metro Station is still under construction, and we suggest you take a taxi or book a private transfer in advance.
