This is about your Day 4 itinerary details about Disembarkation in Yichang for a 3 Nights downstream cruise (Chongqing to Yichang). The cruise end times may vary according to your optional tours, but the cruise lines will send you to the Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center in the Yichang downtown at the end of your cruise tour.
Disembarkation in Yichang
If Without Any Optional Excursion
Tour Ends: around 12:30 pm at Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center
On Day 4, the included shore excursion is the Three Gorges Dam. If you don’t choose any other optional excursions, such as the ship-lift tour, your itienrary would be:
- 07:00-08:00 Breakfast
- 08:30-10:30 Disembark at Maoping Port, and take the Three Gorges Dam excursion.
Transfer to the Yichang city center after the tour. - Est. 12:30 Arrive at Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center.

Tour Tips:
- You will arrive at the Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center around 12:30 pm, which is about 40 mins to the Yichang East Railway Station, or 60 mins to the Yichang Airport. Please make sure to book a train leaving after 2:00 pm, or a flight leaving after 3:00 pm if you depart Yichang on the same day.
- Your Baggage: According to the Three Gorges Dam security policy, travelers are not allowed to travel with baggage, except for a small carry-on bag without contraband. So if you have suitcases, please check-in your baggage before disembarkating the cruise ship. Your baggage would be delivered separately to the Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center, and please pick up your baggage at the tourist center after your arrival around 12:30 pm.
If With Optional Excursion
Tour Ends: around 1:30 pm at Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center
On Day 4, the included shore excursion is the Three Gorges Dam. If you also choose the optional excursion: Three Gorges Dam ship-lift (at extra cost), your itienrary would be:
- 07:00-08:00 Breakfast
- 08:30-11:30 Disembark at Maoping Port, and take the optional tour to the Three Gorges Dam ship-lift. After that, take the Three Gorges Dam excursion.
Transfer to the Yichang city center after the tours. - Est. 13:30 Arrive at Yichang Sanxia Tourist Center.
