Enquiry from Australian traveller David W. on 16 Oct 2019

We are booked for a cruise departing Yichang on 16 November. The cruise is part of a tour through SNA Travel Group. Could I please clarify if any tours ashore are included as indicated on your website? Also, would it be possible to upgrade to VIP dining when we board? What would the dining upgrade cost? Thank you.

Although we are a travel agent for Yangtze river cruise vacations, we often receive inquiries from travelers asking a specific question for a holiday they already booked with another agent. In this case, David booked a trip with the SNA Travel Group in Australia.

SNA Travel Group provides all-inclusive or tailor-made tour packages throughout China, India, Japan, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Whether shore excursions are included in the cruise fare?

Different cruise line includes slightly different shore excursions in our cruise fares.

During your cruise tour, there are also some additional optional excursions that you could book and pay onboard.

What is VIP Dining?

VIP Dining Room is an upgraded dining room from the Main Dining room, with fewer people, most are suite passengers, more quiet, and more comfortable.

Some amenities for suite passengers only include the VIP Dining Room already, for passengers from Standard Cabins, it is also possible to upgrade to VIP Dining upon check-in or booking.
